In addition to merchandise, you pay for applicable taxes and shipping charges (including on all returns), plus duties and customs charges, if applicable, for international shipments.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the parcel and the destination.
The delivery time, depending on quantities, is approximately 3 to 7 business days after receipt of confirmation of order and payment.
We only charge your credit card when your order is shipped.
Claims of shortage or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and all packing material must be saved.
If you are not satisfied with our merchandise and return it within 14 days after receiving, we will gladly give you exchange or refund (shipping charge is not refundable).
20% Restocking Fee will be charged for return item. The returned merchandise must NOT be worn, used, washed, altered, hemmed, soiled, and must be packed with original material together with tags intact.
No Return/Exchange after 14 days of purchased. No return is accepted on printed, custom logos, embroidered garments, or any special order.
